About Me

Almost everyone struggles at some point with losing their way in their own life. My own journey has entailed many lost and found paths, and I founded Alchemy to bring the practices that can enable us to gain traction to those who need it. These foundations are based on my wide experience in business, philosophy, academia, spiritualism, and psychology, and are tailored to every individual I work with.

In recent years, I have found a specialism in helping people who feel themselves to be undeserving of help: high net-worth individuals, whose problems are often overlooked, or just conscientious people aware that ‘other people have it worse’. But material wealth and stability bring their own difficulties which deserve as much respect as any other.

I grew up in Surrey and formed a love of the outdoors in that beautiful leafy county. Modern life is predominantly urban, but the thought processes we engage in when we step outdoors can really change our ability to think through problems. I lived in London but moved to the South West to be closer to the natural life that big cities can lack. In the meantime, I studied Anthropology at Oxford University, and graduated my Masters in 2018. I returned to Exeter to set up Alchemy , write, and run my sustainability-focussed business.
